Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At Circadian, customer satisfaction is important to us. If a product does not meet expectations, we offer a transparent and fair return, exchange, and refund process as outlined below.


Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • Requests must be raised within 14 days from the date of delivery
  • Products must be:
    • Unused, unwashed, and unaltered
    • In original condition
    • Returned with original packaging, tags, and invoice
  • All requests are subject to quality inspection

Circadian reserves the right to approve or reject requests that do not meet the above conditions.


India Orders (GST Compliance)

  • Taxes are charged as per applicable Indian laws
  • GST is refundable only upon successful return of the product
  • Partial GST refunds are not permitted
  • GST credit reversal is processed after return inspection and approval

International Orders

Customers are responsible for:

  • Return shipping charges
  • Customs duties and taxes

Customs duties or import taxes paid at delivery are non-refundable. Refunds are processed only after returned products pass inspection.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Clear photos/videos and unboxing proof may be required

After verification, Circadian may offer:

  • Replacement
  • Exchange
  • Refund

Resolution is provided based on verification and product availability.


Return Shipping

  • Customer-initiated returns: shipping cost borne by the customer
  • In cases of verified damage or incorrect delivery, return shipping may be arranged by Circadian where serviceable

Refund Process

  • Refunds are initiated within 7–10 working days after return approval
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method only
  • Banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the credit
  • Shipping, handling, and convenience charges are non-refundable, unless required by law

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability
  • Only one exchange per order is permitted
  • Any price difference must be paid by the customer

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not permitted and return policy applies

Delivery Confirmation & Chargeback Protection

  • Orders marked as delivered by logistics partners or confirmed through delivery verification are considered successfully fulfilled
  • Claims of non-receipt raised after confirmed delivery may not qualify for refund or replacement
  • Customers are encouraged to contact customer support for resolution before initiating payment disputes

Platform Orders

Orders placed through third-party marketplaces are governed by the respective platform’s return and refund policies, which may supersede this policy.


Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights available under applicable consumer protection laws. All resolutions are handled in a fair, transparent, and reasonable manner.
